We're here to help

What products do you offer?

We offer custom-made, exclusive wallpapers and murals, print-on-demand fabrics and cushions as well as one-of-a-kind upcycled furniture.

What makes ModEco Home different from other home décor brands?

ModEco Home is built around a truly bespoke approach to interiors. Designs can be scaled, colour coordinated, adjusted and produced to your exact requirements. This level of personalisation is often associated with much more expensive design houses.

We combine this made-to-order craftsmanship with a strong commitment to sustainability, eco-conscious materials and top notch customer service

What makes ‘ModEco Home’ environmentally friendly?

We print ‘on demand’ using environmentally friendly inks, print wallpaper and murals to your exact wall measurements to reduce waste, offer eco-friendly fabric options, and upcycle furniture rather than sending it to landfill. We also plant trees to help offset our environmental impact.

What happens after I place an order?

After placing an order for wallpapers or murals you will be sent different size/scale mock-ups (based on your measurements) to choose from. This will be sent to your email within 24hrs after order. Orders for fabrics and cushions will be processed as per your chosen specifications.

Can I order samples first?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples before placing your full order.

A sample allows you to see the true colours, texture, print quality, and material finish in your own space and lighting conditions. Colours can appear differently on screens, so viewing a physical sample is the best way to ensure you’re completely happy with your chosen design before purchasing a made-to-measure wallpaper, wall mural or fabric.

Samples are available to purchase directly from each individual product page. Simply select the sample option on your chosen design to have one delivered to your door.

Can I order matching wallpaper, fabric, and home accessories?

Yes. One of the unique advantages of choosing ModEco Home is that many of our designs are available across multiple product categories, allowing you to create a beautifully coordinated interior scheme.

You can often order the same design as made-to-measure wallpaper, custom printed fabric, cushion covers, and selected decoupage furniture pieces. This makes it easy to carry a favourite pattern throughout a space.

Because our products are made to order, we can also help you customise design scale and colour placement across different applications to ensure everything works harmoniously within your room.

What if I need help with my project?

We’re always happy to help!

Whether you’re choosing between designs, deciding on the right wallpaper material, selecting fabric for a soft furnishing project, or planning a complete room scheme, our team is here to guide you through the process. We understand that every space is different, and because many of our products are bespoke, we’re able to offer personalised advice based on your specific requirements.

Simply get in touch with us via the contact form and share as much information as possible, such as photos, measurements, inspiration images, or details about your project. The more we know, the better we can help you create a finished space that feels uniquely yours.

How much does wallpaper cost?

As all of our wallpapers and wall murals are made to measure, pricing varies depending on the dimensions of your wall, the design you choose, and the material selected.

Once you enter your wall measurements on the product page, your price will be calculated automatically. If you need assistance or have a bespoke requirement, our team will be happy to provide a personalised quotation.

Is wallpaper cheaper than paint?

The cost of wallpaper versus paint depends on the size of the space, the products chosen, and whether professional installation is required.

While paint may have a lower upfront cost, wallpaper can offer greater durability and longevity, often lasting for many years without the need for repainting. Wallpaper also allows for unique designs, textures, and statement features that can be difficult to achieve with paint alone.

At Modeco Home, all wallpapers and wall murals are made to measure, creating a bespoke finish tailored to your space. When considering overall value, many customers choose wallpaper for its visual impact, durability, and long-lasting appearance.

What is the difference between wallpaper and a wall mural?

Wallpaper typically features repeating patterns that cover an entire room, while a wall mural is a large-scale image or artwork designed to create a statement feature wall.

What are the benefits of custom murals over custom wallpaper?

While both custom murals and bespoke wallpaper are made to measure, custom murals offer unique advantages:

  • One Continuous Design – Murals create a seamless, large-scale image that covers your wall as a single composition, rather than repeating patterns.
  • Visual Impact – A mural can completely transform a room, offering a bold, striking focal point that standard patterned wallpaper cannot achieve. It can also make a space feel larger or more distinctive.

Custom murals are ideal for anyone looking for a truly one-of-a-kind design that makes a statement

What types of wallpaper are available?

On the Modeco Home website, we offer three main types of wallpaper: Paste the Wall, Pre-Pasted, and Peel-and-Stick.

Each option is designed to suit different installation preferences and project needs. Paste the Wall and Pre-Pasted wallpapers are ideal for a more traditional, durable installation, while our Peel-and-Stick option offers a removable, self-adhesive alternative for added flexibility.

We also offer a wide range of additional wallpaper solutions for specialist requirements, including textured finishes such as grasscloth-style designs and options suitable for commercial interiors.

If you’re looking for something more specific or bespoke, please feel free to get in touch our team will be happy to recommend the most suitable material for your project.

What types of wallpaper designs do you offer?

Our collection includes a wide range of styles that stand out from the crowd. Vintage and eclectic, we offer everything from Art Deco and botanical patterns to bold statement floral designs and panoramic wall murals. Each design is produced to fit your exact wall dimensions, ensuring a seamless and custom result rather than a standard, off-the-shelf product.

Because everything is bespoke, many designs can be customised and also scaled and adjusted to suit your wall proportions, helping you achieve the perfect balance and composition for your interior.

If you’re unsure which design or style will work best, our team can guide you in selecting and adapting a wallpaper that complements your space perfectly.

How long does wallpaper last?

High-quality wallpaper can last 10–15 years or longer when properly installed and maintained. Its lifespan will depend on factors such as the wall conditions, room environment, exposure to sunlight, and general wear and tear.

For areas that experience higher levels of traffic, moisture, or frequent cleaning, applying a protective sealer over the wallpaper can help enhance its durability and extend its lifespan. If you’re considering this option, we’d be happy to recommend suitable sealers based on your chosen wallpaper and the room it will be installed in.

With proper care, wallpaper can remain vibrant and attractive for many years, making it a long-lasting alternative to regular repainting.

How do I measure a room for wallpaper?

To ensure your wallpaper is produced to the correct size, you’ll need to measure the full width and height of the walls you wish to cover. We recommend measuring at several points and using the largest measurements to account for any uneven walls or ceilings.

For a step-by-step guide, please see our blog article: https://modecohome.com/how-to-measure-walls-for-wallpaper-and-murals/ which explains the process in detail and includes helpful tips for measuring standard walls, feature walls, and more complex spaces.

If you’re still unsure, simply send us your measurements and a photo of the wall, and our team will be happy to help.

How do you hang wallpaper?

All ModEco Home wallpapers and wall murals are designed to be installed using edge-to-edge butt joints, meaning each panel is hung directly next to the previous one without any overlap. This creates a seamless finish and ensures the design aligns correctly across the wall.

Every order is supplied with detailed installation instructions specific to your chosen wallpaper material, making the installation process as straightforward as possible for both DIY customers and professional decorators.

If you’d like to review the instructions before your wallpaper arrives you can review them here: https://modecohome.com/how-to-install-a-wall-mural/

Is wallpaper difficult to install or can I install it myself?

Yes, many customers choose to install their ModEco Home wallpaper themselves. Our wallpapers are supplied in clearly labelled panels and are designed to be installed edge-to-edge using butt joints, making the process much simpler than traditional wallpaper rolls.

Every order includes detailed installation instructions, and no specialist wallpapering experience is required for most installations. As long as your wall is properly prepared and you follow the instructions carefully, wallpapering can be a rewarding DIY project.

For larger walls, stairwells, commercial projects, or if you’d simply prefer a professional finish, we recommend using an experienced decorator or wallpaper installer.

Can wallpaper be hung on textured walls?

In many cases, yes, but it depends on the type and severity of the wall texture and how much prep you are prepared to do.

For the best results, wallpaper should be installed onto a smooth, clean, and properly prepared surface. Lightly textured walls may be suitable for wallpapering, while heavily textured surfaces, such as artex, deep orange peel, or heavily embossed finishes, may require preparation before installation to achieve a smooth and long-lasting result.

At Modeco Home, we also offer specific wallpaper materials that are better suited to certain textured surfaces and challenging wall conditions. The most suitable option will depend on the type of texture and the condition of the wall.

If you’re unsure whether your wall is suitable, please contact us with a photo and a brief description of the surface. Our team will be happy to assess it and recommend the most appropriate wallpaper material for your project.

Can I wallpaper over painted walls?

Yes, wallpaper can generally be applied over painted walls, as long as the surface is in good condition.

The paint should be clean, dry, smooth, and firmly bonded to the wall. Any flaking, peeling, or glossy finishes should be sanded down or prepared to ensure proper adhesion. In some cases, a light sanding or primer may be recommended to improve the surface and help the wallpaper adhere correctly.

If the wall has been freshly painted, it’s important to allow adequate drying and curing time before installation.

If you’re unsure about your specific wall type or paint finish, feel free to contact us with details or photos, and we’ll be happy to advise on the best preparation method for your space.

Does wallpaper damage walls?

Wallpaper does not normally damage walls when it is correctly installed and removed. In fact, it can help protect the underlying surface from everyday wear and tear.

Any potential damage usually depends on the condition of the wall before installation, the type of adhesive used, and how the wallpaper is removed. Poorly prepared walls or aggressive removal methods can sometimes cause minor surface damage, such as paint lifting or small patches of plaster coming away.

At ModEco Home, we recommend proper wall preparation before installation to ensure the best adhesion and to make future removal as clean as possible. When installed on a suitable surface and removed carefully, wallpaper should leave your walls in good condition.

If you’re unsure about your wall type or suitability, our team is happy to advise before you begin your project.

What is peel-and-stick wallpaper?

Peel-and-stick wallpaper, also known as self-adhesive wallpaper, is a type of wallpaper that comes with a pre-applied adhesive backing. Instead of using paste, it can be applied by simply peeling off the backing and sticking it directly onto a prepared wall surface.

It is often chosen for its ease of application and flexibility, as it can be repositioned during installation and removed more easily than traditional wallpaper in many cases. It is especially good for renters or for a quick transformation that is not intended for long term use.

To learn more about whether it’s the right choice for your space, please see our blog article: https://modecohome.com/the-pros-and-cons-of-self-adhesive-wallpaper/

If you’re unsure which option is best for your project, our team will be happy to help you choose the most suitable material.

Is peel-and-stick wallpaper suitable for renters?

Yes, peel-and-stick (self-adhesive) wallpaper can be a great option for renters, as it is designed to be removable and offers a temporary way to transform a space without permanent changes.

However, its suitability depends on the condition of the walls. It works best on smooth, clean, and properly prepared surfaces. On well-prepared walls, it can usually be removed with minimal impact, but on delicate or poorly painted surfaces there is still a risk of minor paint lifting.

We always recommend checking your tenancy agreement before installation and, if possible, testing a small sample first to ensure compatibility with your wall surface.

Peel-and-stick vs traditional wallpaper: which is better?

Neither option is universally “better”, the right choice depends on your project, wall condition, and desired finish.

Peel-and-stick (self-adhesive) wallpaper is popular for its ease of application and removability, making it a good option for temporary spaces or rented properties. However, it requires very smooth, properly prepared walls to achieve the best adhesion and long-term performance.

Traditional wallpaper (paste-applied) is generally more durable and better suited for long-term installations. It can provide a more professional, seamless finish and tends to perform better on a wider range of wall conditions when installed correctly.

At ModEco Home, we can help you choose the most suitable material based on your space, wall type, and how long you plan to keep the wallpaper in place.

What types of designer fabric are available?

We offer hundreds of exclusive designer fabric patterns, ranging from classic and timeless styles to unique maximalist prints. Our collection includes a wide variety of colours, themes, and design aesthetics, making it easy to find the perfect fabric for your interior project.

Many of our designs are available in multiple and bespoke colourways, allowing you to choose the option that best complements your space. We also offer different size pattern scale sizes so you can tailor the fabric to suit your furniture and room perfectly.

What can your designer fabrics be used for?

Our fabric collection includes everything from lightweight dress and fashion fabrics to luxurious upholstery fabrics, velvet, linen-look fabrics, and durable waterproof fabrics suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This versatility allows you to coordinate designs across curtains, cushions, furniture, clothing, accessories, and more.

Many fabrics we offer are not listed so if you don’t see what you are looking for just ask!

Can I buy custom or made-to-measure fabric?

Yes. All of our fabric is custom-made to order using a print-on-demand production process. We do not hold stock, which means every order is produced specifically for you based on your chosen design, fabric type, scale and required quantity.

Because each order is bespoke, all of our designs can be scaled to different pattern sizes, allowing you to achieve the perfect look for your project. Selected designs can also be colour-customised, giving you even greater flexibility to match your interior scheme or creative vision.

How do I choose the right fabric for my project?

Choosing the right fabric depends on your intended use, whether it’s for upholstery, curtains, cushions, clothing, outdoor applications, or another creative project. With so many fabric types, designs, colours, and pattern scales available, we understand that the options can sometimes feel overwhelming.

The good news is that we’re here to help. Simply get in touch and tell us a little about your project, and we’ll be happy to recommend the most suitable fabric options based on your requirements, style preferences, and intended application.

Can I order fabric samples before buying?

Yes, and we highly recommend ordering fabric samples before purchasing larger quantities of fabric.

Samples allow you to see the true colours, texture, weight, finish, and fabric width in person, helping you determine whether the fabric is suitable for your specific project. Viewing a sample can be particularly useful when selecting fabrics for upholstery, curtains, cushions, clothing, or other applications where colour accuracy and fabric feel are important.

Samples are available to purchase directly from each individual design listing page and measure 24cm wide x 24cm high.

What is the difference between upholstery, curtain, and dress fabrics?

Upholstery fabrics are typically the heaviest and most durable fabrics, usually ranging from 250–600+ GSM, making them ideal for furniture such as sofas, chairs, headboards, and cushions.

Curtain fabrics are generally 150–300 GSM, offering a balance of durability and drape for curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings.

Dress fabrics are usually the lightest fabrics, typically 80–250 GSM, providing comfort, softness, and movement for clothing, accessories, and craft projects.

If you’re unsure which fabric is right for your project, we’re always happy to help.

How much does designer fabric cost per metre/yard?

The cost of designer fabric varies depending on the fabric type you choose, as different materials have different production costs and characteristics.

At ModEco Home, we pride ourselves on offering some of the most competitive prices in the market. Despite our fabrics being custom printed to order and featuring exclusive designer patterns, our pricing remains extremely competitive. In fact, you would be hard-pressed to find better value elsewhere for the same combination of quality, customisation options, and unique designs.

Can I get matching cushions or soft furnishings in the same fabric?

Yes. All of our designs are available across multiple products, allowing you to create a coordinated look throughout your home.

In addition to designer fabric, we offer matching cushions and designer wallpaper in the same patterns. For a truly bespoke interior, selected designs can even be applied to decoupaged furniture, helping you achieve a beautifully cohesive scheme across furniture, soft furnishings, and wall coverings.

If you’re looking to match a particular design across different products, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I care for and clean designer fabrics?

Because we offer a wide range of fabric types, each with different compositions and properties, care instructions can vary significantly from one fabric to another.

Rather than providing generic guidance that may not apply to your chosen fabric, we recommend contacting us about the specific fabric you’re interested in. We’ll be happy to provide detailed care and cleaning instructions to help you keep your fabric looking its best for years to come

Can I choose custom colours or adjust patterns?

Yes. All of our fabric designs can be adjusted to different pattern scales, allowing you to choose a smaller, larger, or more impactful design to suit your project.

In addition, some designs can be customised with alternative colourways. If you’re looking for a specific colour combination, please get in touch and we’ll let you know whether colour customisation is available for your chosen design.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable fabrics?

Yes, we are an eco-friendly brand, and sustainability is an important part of our ethos. Many of our fabrics are made with eco-conscious choices in mind, including natural and sustainable options such as organic cotton and linens to recycled satins and velvets. We carefully select our materials to offer beautiful, high-quality fabrics while reducing environmental impact wherever possible.

How do I measure how much fabric I need?

To measure how much fabric you need for upholstering furniture, measure each upholstered section separately (seat, back, arms, sides, etc.) and add extra allowance for wrapping, seams, and trimming.

For patterned fabrics, allow additional fabric for matching the design. Once you have your measurements, you can calculate the total metres needed based on the fabric width. If you’re unsure, we recommend sharing your furniture dimensions and we can help estimate the amount required.

Can designer fabrics be shipped internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer international delivery so customers can enjoy our collections wherever they are. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

What is the lead time for custom or made-to-order fabrics?

Lead times vary depending on your location and order requirements. Custom or made-to-order fabrics typically take between 5 – 14 days. We can also offer expedited shipping if you require your order sooner.

What is a Pattern Repeat?

A pattern repeat is the distance between identical points in a fabric design before the pattern starts over again. There are many different types of pattern repeats, including straight, half-drop, and brick repeats, among others.

Pattern repeats are important to consider when calculating fabric requirements, as larger or more complex repeats may require additional fabric to ensure the design is matched correctly across seams and panels.

How do I choose the right designer cushions for my sofa?

Start by selecting a colour palette of 3 – 5 colours inspired by your existing décor, such as a rug, artwork, or accent chair. You can create a calm, sophisticated feel with tone-on-tone shades or make a statement with contrasting colours.

Mixing different textures and fabrics adds depth and luxury. You can try combining the materials we offer such as linen, velvet, chenille, or crepe. You can also layer different pattern scales by pairing a larger print (such as a botanical or abstract design) with smaller patterns and solid colours.

Finally, vary your cushion sizes and shapes to create a more designer look. Combining square, rectangular, and our cushions with a frill will add depth and interest to your sofa styling.

What fabric should I choose for decorative cushions?

The best fabric for decorative cushions depends on your style and how the cushions will be used. We offer a wide range of options, including linen, cotton, chenille, velvet, crepe, and waterproof fabrics, each with its own unique look and texture. Many of our cushion designs are also available with the option of a ruffled border for added decorative detail. Whether you prefer a relaxed, contemporary, or luxurious look, you’ll find a fabric and style to suit your space.

Do your designer cushion covers come with the inner cushion pad?

No, our designer cushion covers are sold without inserts. Including inserts would significantly increase shipping costs due to their size and weight, especially for international orders.

This also gives you the flexibility to choose the insert that best suits your preferences, whether that’s a microfibre insert for easy care and support or a feather and down insert for a softer, more luxurious feel.3

What size cushion insert do I need for my cushion cover?

For a full, luxurious look, we generally recommend choosing an insert that is slightly larger than the cushion cover.

  • For square cushion covers, choose an insert 5cm larger than the cover size (e.g. a 45cm x 45cm cover with a 50cm x 50cm insert).
  • For rectangular cushion covers, such as a 50cm x 30cm cover, we recommend using a 55cm x 35cm insert.

This helps create a plump, well-filled cushion with a professional finish.

Do you print on both sides of the cushion cover?

Yes, our cushion covers can be customised to suit your style. You can choose to have the same design on both sides (at no extra cost), a coordinating solid colour, or a custom colour on the reverse. For custom colours, please provide a colour code or swatch so we can match your chosen shade as closely as possible.

How do I match cushions to my existing home décor?

Matching cushions to your home décor starts with considering your existing colour scheme, furniture, and overall style. Choose cushions that complement elements already in the room, such as rugs, artwork, curtains, or accent furniture.

We offer a wide range of cushion designs, including botanical, art deco, geometric, and many other patterns in a variety of colours and fabrics. We also have a colour filter to help you find the perfect shade, and many of our cushions can be customised in your choice of colour.

Are velvet cushion covers suitable for everyday use?

Yes, velvet cushion covers are suitable for everyday use and are a popular choice for adding a luxurious, soft texture to your home. Our velvet fabrics are durable and ideal for both decorative and practical styling.

For easy care, our velvet cushion covers are machine washable at 30°C. With the right care, they will maintain their rich colour and elegant finish for years.

What are the latest designer cushion trends?

At Modeco Home, some of the most popular styles include:

  • Natural linen cushions in warm, earthy patterns
  • Large Floral opulent velvet cushions
  • Contemporary geometric patterns for modern living spaces
  • Botanical and nature-inspired designs that bring an organic feel to your interior.
  • Decorative details and layered textures, including ruffled borders and contrasting fabrics, for a more personalised and curated finish.

Many of our cushion designs can also be customised in your choice of colour, making it easy to embrace current trends while creating a look that perfectly complements your home décor.

Will the cushion colours look the same in person as they do online?

Colours can appear differently online because every screen and device displays colours slightly differently. Lighting conditions can also affect how a fabric colour appears in person.

To ensure you’re happy with your choice, you can order a fabric swatch sample before purchasing a cushion. This allows you to see the colour, pattern, and texture in your own home and compare it with your existing décor before placing an order.

How durable is the cushion cover fabric around kids and pets?

Many of our cushion fabrics are well suited to busy family homes and can withstand everyday use. The durability of a fabric will vary depending on the material and how it is used, but options such as velvet, chenille, cotton, and our waterproof fabrics are popular choices for homes with children and pets.

For added peace of mind, our cushion covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C, making them easy to care for. If you’re looking for a particularly durable fabric, we’re happy to help you choose the best option for your needs.

What is Decoupage Furniture?

Decoupage furniture is furniture that has been transformed by carefully applying decorative paper or artwork to its surface and sealing it with multiple protective layers to create a durable, decorative finish.

At ModEco Home, our decoupage furniture is created using our own exclusive wallpaper designs. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, with selected areas of the furniture adorned with our signature wallpaper patterns.

The result is a unique piece that combines the practicality of furniture with the artistry of interior design. Whether featuring bold botanical prints, elegant florals, or statement geometrics, our decoupage furniture allows you to bring the beauty of our wallpaper designs into your home in a distinctive and unexpected way.

Because each piece is handmade, no two items are exactly alike, making every creation a truly individual statement for your interior.

How is Your Decoupage Furniture Made?

Our decoupage furniture is handcrafted by professional artisans who specialise in this field and have extensive experience creating decorative furniture pieces.

Because we work with independent decoupage furniture artisans, we would need to source a suitable artisan near you to create your piece. This allows us to match your project with a skilled craftsperson who can apply our wallpaper designs to the highest standard while helping to support local craftsmanship.

Which Wallpaper Designs Are Available on Your Furniture?

All of our wallpaper and mural designs can be used on decoupage furniture, giving you the freedom to choose a design that perfectly complements your home and personal style.

Whether you’re drawn to bold statement murals, elegant florals, nature-inspired prints, contemporary patterns, or geometrics, any design from our wallpaper collection can be adapted for use on furniture. This allows you to create a coordinated interior scheme by matching your furniture to your wallpaper, or to create a unique standalone statement piece.

If you’re unsure which design would work best for your chosen furniture piece, we’re happy to help you select a wallpaper or mural from our collection that will achieve the look you’re after.

How Do I Choose a Piece of Furniture?

Many decoupage furniture artisans keep a selection of furniture pieces in stock that are ready to be transformed using your chosen design. This can be a great option if you’re looking for inspiration or would like to see what styles and sizes are available.

If you have a specific piece of furniture in mind, such as a chest of drawers, sideboard, cabinet, bedside table, or wardrobe, your chosen artisan may also be able to source a suitable piece on your behalf. This allows you to create a truly bespoke item tailored to your space and requirements.

Once you’ve selected the furniture, you can choose any design from our wallpaper and mural collections.

Can I Match Decoupage Furniture to My Wallpaper?

Yes. In fact, one of the biggest advantages of our decoupage furniture service is the ability to coordinate your furniture with your wallpaper.

Because all of our wallpaper and mural designs can be used on decoupage furniture, you can choose the same design for both your walls and furniture to create a beautifully cohesive interior scheme. Alternatively, you may prefer to use a complementary design from our collection to create a coordinated look without being an exact match.

Whether you’re looking to create a statement piece, tie together a room’s colour palette, or achieve a fully bespoke interior design, our wallpaper and mural collections provide endless possibilities. Once you’ve selected your design, we can help connect you with a professional decoupage furniture artisan who can bring your vision to life.

Is decoupage furniture eco-friendly?

Yes. Decoupage furniture is an environmentally friendly way to give existing pieces a new lease of life. By transforming and reusing old furniture, we help prevent perfectly usable items from ending up in landfill.

Rather than buying new furniture, decoupage allows vintage, second-hand, or worn pieces to be restored and repurposed, reducing waste and extending their lifespan. This approach supports a more sustainable, circular way of furnishing your home while creating a unique piece with character and individuality.

Every restored piece is one less item discarded and one less new item needing to be manufactured, making decoupage furniture a beautiful and eco-conscious choice.

How long will it take to make my decoupage piece of furniture?

The time required depends on the size of the piece, the complexity of the design, and the current workload of the artisan creating it. As every item is individually handcrafted, no two commissions are exactly the same.

Most decoupage furniture projects take between 2 and 6 weeks to complete, although larger or more intricate designs may take longer. Production times can also vary depending on how busy the individual artisan is at the time of your order.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is arranged directly by the artisan creating your furniture. Once your piece is complete, the artisan will obtain a delivery quote from a suitable furniture courier or carrier serving your area.

The cost of delivery is separate from the price of the furniture and will be provided to you before shipping is arranged. This allows delivery costs to be calculated accurately based on the size of the piece and the distance it needs to travel.

Your artisan will discuss the available delivery options with you and coordinate a convenient delivery date wherever possible.

Do you offer delivery duty paid (DDP) to the USA?

Do you offer refunds or returns?

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not in the condition expected, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a full refund or replacement.
